We can ship to most countries in the world. When you fill in the shipping address, you'll find out.

How much will it cost to ship the order?

All orders we charged the shipping due to the package weight and volume, you will see the related postage when place the order.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Please allow 1-3 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.

How long is the shipping time?

1.Average transit time to Europe: 8- 19 Business days (We have warehouses in EU, US and Asia)

2.There are circumstances hat are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. But if the postponements are caused by our dear guests, you may need to take the responsibility by yourself. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our may experience.

Will I receive a tracking number?

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped.

Can I cancel my order?
